Frequently Asked Questions

Initial sessions are 60 minutes where we assess your primary concerns and then treat them. Following visits are either 90, 60, 45 or 30 minutes in length depending on what plan is for the next session.

Dress comfortably for female clients it’s ideal to bring shorts and a sports bra or tank top. Male clients usually bring a tank top and shorts.

Absolutely. Your initial session will consist of an intake where the therapist can fully understand your goals. following with a full body assessment where we test your muscles, ligaments and joints capacities.

Our policy requires 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If we are not notified with sufficient amount of time we have to charge a cancellation fee.

All of our practitioners are registered and in good standing with their colleges. In either physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage therapy

Once the therapist does a full body assessment depending on the concern they’ll have a better understanding how many that will be prescribed.

Yes, we do offer direct billing via Telus Health and the providers under their service as well as via Sun Life. If you are not a direct billing client, we will provide an invoice for you so that you can submit it to your insurance company.

At this time, osteopathic services are not eligible for direct billing.

With our Direct Billing process, you will need to complete our Consent and Authorization for Direct Billing form.

Important information needed includes:

  • First and Last name
  • Insurance Company
  • Member ID
  • Policy/Group Plan Number

If you are submitting for a secondary policy holder, we will need additional information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Relationship to primary policy holder
  • Address
