M.O. Therapy was founded in 2018 and started in a small room inside of an MMA gym. Our team eventually grew into our new facility which we have been working in since July of 2022 located in Markham.
For the last four years, we have been working to provide the best treatments for our clients. With this in mind, our team of practitioners focus on providing an environment where you can see the development of your health and well-being.
We strongly believe that we would not be here without the support and trust of our clients. To M.O., our community and clients always come first, and we’ve been blessed enough to get to where we are today via word of mouth.
We are a group of expert therapists who are always learning and perfecting our skills.
We identify your goals and assess your body’s limitations to help you get back to what you love doing pain free.
M.O. Therapy is built off of three core values; Family, Growth, and Community.
1. Family
We would do anything for our family and believe that we are stronger as a family.
2. Growth
We continue to grow and learn to help ourselves and others.
3. Community
We think the stronger our community is, the stronger we are as individuals.
